Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be returned in new condition, with the original packaging and all contents from the original shipment.

Damaged, Incorrect Item or Missing Parts

If your item arrived damaged, you received the incorrect item, or components are missing, please contact us at myvxpower@gmail.com or call 305-572-3189 as soon as possible. We will send a replacement item, the correct item, or the missing components. Damaged items are eligible for exchange at our expense for the item ordered. Some damaged items may only require replacement of the affected parts.

Returning Your Item

You may return your item by requesting a return merchandise authorization. Once your return has been received and processed, your qualifying credit will be issued to your original form of payment. Return shipping cost is at the customer's expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
